examination, Mumbai. Mr Yogesh Adhia is a qualified Solicitor
and a member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society, Mumbai and
also the Law Society, England & Wales. *

M/s. Crawford Bailey & Co. and M/s. Mulla & Mulla, Craigie,
Blunt & Caroe covering a period of four years prior to establishing
own practise, has provided him with in-depth knowledge of corporate
legal work.

proved beneficial in gaining an understanding about issues related
to their entry into the Indian market place for them.

Y. Adhia
She graduated from the University of Mumbai in 1994 and is responsible
for dealing with domestic and family law disputes as well as testamentary
matters.
Mrs. Shashikala
Sharma
She graduated from the University of Mumbai in 1995 and is responsible
for dealing with recovery cases, including bank disputes in Debt
Recovery Tribunals (known as DRT) and criminal cases relating to
dishonour of cheques.

She graduated in 2002 and is responsible for dealing with writ matters,
DRT matters and criminal matters relating to dishonour of cheques.
